Product Application

Baked Products: retard staling in bread, improves softness and mouthfeel, improves uniform crumb structure in cakes, and stabilizes foam in whipped products.
Coffee Creamers: improves the dispersion in beverage, and stabilizes the emulsion.
Ice Cream: increases and stabilizes overrun, and retards formation of large ice crystals.
Margarine and Spreads: stabilizes emulsion, prevents separation of oil, prevents formation of large fat crystals, and facilities filling of the product at the higher temperature.
