Food – Technical Sales Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establishing new and maintaining existing, relationship with customers.
Support business activities and direct customer requirements. - Making a technical presentations and demonstrations how a product will meet the client needs.
- Memorizing technical product specifications and keeping up-to-date with new company products as well as industry trends.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and provide technical support for resolving customer challenges.
- Develop relationships with adjacent stakeholders including environmental officials, engineering firms and industry experts.
- Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms.
- Listening to customers’ needs and advising them on the best products to buy.
- Provide reports on clients, sales and product strength.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for the position. Fresh Graduates can be considered.
- Experience in dealing Food Additives/Chemicals is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to work with customers, sales team, professional organizations and government entities.
- Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.
